He remains the highest revenue-generating consultant in the history of one of New Zealand's leading specialist technology recruitment firms, having held that position for seven consecutive years.

Throughout his career, Niki has held senior recruitment, talent acquisition, and operational leadership positions, developing expertise across recruitment delivery, workforce planning, talent strategy, operational optimisation, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment technology. He has successfully supported organisations ranging from fast-growing start-ups through to multinational corporations and government entities.
As the founder of GrowMore Recruitment, Niki has helped build one of the most comprehensive recruitment and workforce solutions businesses in the Caucasus region, providing services including permanent recruitment, contractor resourcing, staff augmentation, employer of record solutions, employer branding, recruitment process outsourcing, payroll administration, testing solutions, and HR advisory services.
