His experience spans specialist recruitment agencies, enterprise organisations, SaaS businesses, project consulting firms, financial services institutions, and high-growth organisations throughout New Zealand and internationally.

Throughout his career, Niki has held senior recruitment, talent acquisition, and operational leadership positions, developing expertise across recruitment delivery, workforce planning, talent strategy, operational optimisation, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment technology. He has supported organisations ranging from fast-growing start-ups through to multinational corporations and government entities, bringing a practical understanding of how recruitment functions need to adapt as businesses grow.

As the founder of GrowMore Recruitment, Niki has spent the past five years building and developing a comprehensive recruitment and workforce solutions business in the Caucasus region. What began as a recruitment-focused offering has developed into a broader service model encompassing permanent recruitment, contractor resourcing, staff augmentation, employer of record solutions, employer branding, recruitment process outsourcing, payroll administration, testing solutions, and HR advisory services.

This experience has extended well beyond recruitment delivery. Niki has been directly involved in developing service offerings, establishing delivery processes, building recruitment and resourcing capabilities, implementing technology, and creating the operational frameworks needed to support a growing business. Through GrowMore, he has gained firsthand experience in balancing service quality, commercial viability, and scalability, while helping clients access the talent and workforce solutions they need to grow.
